Terms of Service

Private agreement terms and conditions

  • No driving license is required for hiring a boatunless it is a Speed boat
  • No person under the age of 18 is permitted to hire a boat
  • The boat is inspected by the customer and delivered to him only if it seems satisfactory to him. In case of damage, this are reported to the hire.
  • The boat is delivered full of fuel. Fuel consumption is charged on the customer return and paid directly to the company.
    20. The boat is insured against third party liability (person injury and material damages) as a result of accidents in the sea.
  • The company bears no liability for the loss or damage of the customers property during the rental.
  • The customer agrees and accepts as follows:
    • To return the boat at the same state as when hired. Any damage caused to the boat or the enginedue to misuse or negligence is payable by the customer.
    • Return the boat before sundown. He is not entitled to a refund claim in case of an return.
    • Not to allow any persons on board to handle the boat during the rental.
    • The maximum distance of the boat from the coastis the one indicated in the boat permit.


The low stipulates as follows:

Pursuant the general population No 38 regulating the hiring of motor boats and speed boats:
• Each hired boat must have Boat Permit (which is of blue color and not green which is the suit for Amateur boats) stating that this is a professional boat.
• The permit of the hired boat must specifically indicates it’s destination and have the sentence “HIRED IN ACCORDANCE TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE GENERAL PORT REGULATION NO 38” entered in red.
• Any violation of the above may incur a penalty up to forty thousand (40.000) Euros.

  1. The hiring Company hand over to the hirer:
      the original Boat Permit and the boat registration document.
  2. a copy of the insurance policy.
  3. a certified copy of the hiring permit
  4. copies of the general court regulation No 20, 23 regulating the traffic of motor boats and speed boats as well as G.P.R. No 38 applicable.

The hired must pay a deposit of 300 Euros against damages in cash or by credit card. This amount is refunded upon return and after the final check of the boat.
